You’ll be able to tell by the folds of loose skin in weird places and drawn back face that makes them look like they just got done with chemo treatments, just like Ozempic just easier to spot.

This is how you taint your gene pool. I was able to select a mate to reproduce children that would be a good combo of our genes. Now guys are gonna be having kids that plump up and not understand why.
