They are protesting due to what they call unequal compensation and unsatisfactory working conditions.

Problem with travel nursing is that you might not have a job when demand goes down

Not sure yet. None of the local news stories I’ve read so far have gotten that specific. That would make sense as an explanation, though.

Unfortunately, due to the extreme nursing shortage, they will likely get what they want. If a single death is even remotely tied to their actions, they should all face charges.
