Two years since the murder of Harambe.

I know I’m a little late, but I cannot believe it’s been two years since the murder of an innocent life. Since then, a Mexican zoo killed Bantu and a town in Texas cried a long time gorilla statue was suddenly racist (probably mad they had no Confederate statue to protest), they then successfully petitioned the removal of the gorilla statue named “Dobby,” until new outcries resulted in the statute being put back in its original place in a park.

Harambe was clearly protecting that child till workers show up to take him to safety. He had a paternal instinct and that stupid crowd screaming did the kid no favors.

This is why the Cincinnati Zoo is doubling down on the love of that Fiona hippo. They’re trying to cover up what they did to Harambe.

RIP Harambe. We know you’re up there watching over us.
