One Day in Dublin there's a knock on Mrs. O'Grady's door.
Mrs. O'Grady answers, and two men tell her, "Mrs. O'Grady, we're sorry to have to tell you there's been an accident down at the brewery. Your husband Seamus fell in one of the 10,000 gallon secondary fermenters and has drowned."
"OH LORD, NO!!! That's terrible news!!" Mrs O'Grady cried. "Me poor, poor Seamus, did he even stand a chance?'
One of the men replied, "Well yes actually, he got out two times to take a piss."

They're waist deep in a very viscous liquid. It'll create a suction on them and the force needed to pull them out could seriously injure or kill them. I haven't figured out why they just can't drain the tank and then get them out, though.
