Just saw the video from VF's perspective. Holy shite.
It's crazy that he just walks literally RIGHT up onto them and points a gun and nobody notices. Then ha backs off and eventually does it again and shoots. Man, frick people...
And while I'm glad he's dead, it sucks that he had to kill two people before killing himself. Wish people like that would just do society a favor and kill themselves without hurting other people. I hope this a-hole rots in Hell.

Torture should be an acceptable form of punishment. The definition of cruel punishment is dependent on the severity of the crime, when you limit the punishment you put a ceiling on what crimes these people consider too heinous to commit.
