The way my lawyer told 20 something me that I am sure was also fueled by a cycle of Decca/Test as well back then is that since you are trained for fighting, you are supposed to know better and walk away. Same principle of being in an Infantry MOS in the Marines. You are supposed to know better when you go interact with dumb arse civilians and want to knock them out.

Unless Spence had a forehead tattoo saying he couldn't fight, how were the brothers supposed to know they had more training?

Maybe one day when they aren’t busy training someone can teach them how to leave the bathroom by simply walking out the door

It doesn't matter about knowing if he was trained, it's knowing that you are trained and you can inflict a lot of damage to someone. You have to be more responsible in using that weapon, just like a gun.
