Just to get rid of the misconceptions, I’m the fellow in the beanie and that is my brother. We ARE NOT wrestlers at any university, we have been wrestling since we were in diapers and MMA/Cage Fighting since we were 12. They gave us no options unfortunately. We showed restraint.

Oklahoma football player Spencer Jones was seriously injured in an off-campus fight and required facial surgery that may have saved his eye.
“Spencer’s just a superb kid… He didn’t deserve this, ever.”
#Sooners wide receiver/holder Spencer Jones underwent surgery and is recovering after a fight at a Campus Corner bar last weekend nearly cost him his left eye.
Glass told The Daily that Brooks performed a four-hour outpatient surgery on Feb. 16 and had to rebuild Jones’ left orbital socket.
“Dr. Brooks came out of that surgery saying he’s extraordinarily lucky at this point, that he’s lucky he didn’t lose the eye altogether,” Glass told The Daily “ … and thinks everything is eventually going to come back to normal, but it’s going to take a while for him to fully recover.”

He was trying to de-escalate that situation,” Glass told The Daily. “But … he became the victim of this vicious assault you’ve seen.”

Dude got slammed against the bathroom wall hard. Picking a fight with smaller more compact dudes in that tiny area is a stupid idea. The one thing a larger guy has over smaller guys is leverage and that totally disappears when you rear back and run into a stall door. Before you know he's got you in an arm lock and you're done.

Those repeated blows while he was down were unnecessary.
Restraint? he keeps throwing blows to the head as the guy lays, possibly unconscious, who knows the video cuts off. Kinda looks like he’s knocked out.
Did the dudes deserve an arse beating? Yep, but the little one must pay the consequences now because he couldn’t show “restraint”
Probably an unpopular opinion, but you kinda have to know when to walk away and not cross the line of being responsible for serious injury. I don’t think the little guys are bad, but let’s be real towards the end.

If you ever get put in a chokehold while on the ground try and standup and keep turning. If in a choke hold standing up drop full weight to the ground, I’d say most of the time unless it’s a trained guy, you’ll get out of it
Eta: Or listen to someone who does martial arts on here for a better idea. I’ve tried it only a couple times both times though from standing position and it worked, granted we were always drunk
Eta: It appears I’m overwhelmingly wrong, that’s ok though, that’s ok

This is literally the exact opposite of true.
If you're small you want to fight in the open. Stick and move. Avoid getting tangled up.
If you're big you want a small area. Less movement. Dominate the other person by shoving them against a bar, a sink, or a wall. Better if you can slam them against or onto something.

Easy to say, much harder to do when your brain is screaming for oxygen and the guy also has your legs hooked.

That’s what I was thinking

I love that the dudes were half their size and just wrecked them.

Unless of course you are a wrestler, like these two, and getting tangled up is exactly what you want

Yea, I think it probably works better if you are both standing rather than on the ground

A smaller quicker guy will dominate a guy with length in a smaller space.

Baw just casually steps through the melee not spilling a drop of his gin & tonic.
Here are the tapes...
