If you wanted to massively reduce crime in one generation; it's fairly simple. Anyone receiving financial assistance from the government must be sterilized. Males get a vasectomy, women get a tubal ligation. Pro-abortion liberals can't fight it because it's all about "choice". You have a choice to make: you want welfare? Get snipped. If you opt for children you forgot the government check.
Besides, you don't have a constitutional right to other people's money.
The majority of crime (certainly violent crime) is committed by individuals 29-and-under. You eliminate the lower classes reproducing on our dime, you eliminate a ton of crime.

We can sell hotdogs jambayla balloons and tshirts.
Hell a pay per view or even free broadcast would be good.
Could put an end to shite like this real quick if I were in charge.
