The guy from two years ago hit more people but thankfully no one died. This POS killed two so he's fricked.

He didn’t even know where he was after the accident and passed out unconscious after the wreck. He had no idea he hit anyone or anything

I think it’s hearsay at this point, but an article stated police are reviewing 3 city cams (I don’t know if that includes the speed camera on that block).

Because the Advocate identified one victim as a 31 year old David Hynes from Seattle, and this one happens to have ties to New Orleans per his bio.

If it’s who I’m 99 percent sure it was he went to Tulane law school. He was a great guy. This is fricking awful.

I’m pretty sure that is him. I have a few mutual friends that went to law school with him at Tulane.
