7000 square feet with that view, likelihood of asset appreciation (especially in the AI boom), and ease of resell. It’s not really close for me.

What does being on a plane to Spain have to do with these two properties?

Honestly, I'd want the NC property minus the dilapidated NASA facility. Who wants to have to worry about all those buildings and leftover shite (assuming there is nothing of value in it)?
ETA: or actually I'll take it and own the most badass paintball area ever.
LOL
It's like a Bond villain kit.

The only correct answer is-

If I had $30M to spend on land I could do a helluva lot better than 192 acres.

10 years ago I wod take the city home. Now, I think you'd be glad you had the land and woods after a couple of years

I’ll take the Jackson Hole property and no state income tax for $39 million, Bob

192 acres is a lot of grass to cut. I'll take the 7k and the view.

I could buy thousands of acres for $30MM. Why limit myself to 192?

For a few million more you could get this gem...
‘Lord of the Rings’-Inspired ‘Hobbit House’ in Utah With a Private Lake Lists for $43 Million
And at 6,200 sq/ft, the guest home gives you almost as much space as the SF one...

Wife and I visited the Tetons for the first time ever back in August. I'm pretty sure that's the same property that had an entire back page ad in the monthly real estate flyer. They were calling it a steal. Talk about frick You money.

You haven’t lived in San Francisco.
That said, I love open spaces as well but the acreage from the pictures doesn't look that appealing to me. Other places posted such as the one in Montana look way better.

Not tour guide…..go deep off the track and see in person what the misery level really is. Not downtown….go to the dark side.
Downtown and tour path……you haven’t seen San Francisco.

Or the bubble pops and youre stuck with a highly overvalued property.
Buy the land, you'll always be able to subdivide and profit, if you had to.
