I wouldn't do it either...that is just way over the line, IMO.
Of course, I wouldn't let someone rent my house and sleep in my bed either, though.

Rented several vehicles through it. Never had a problem on that end.

I wouldn't put my own car up for that but I've rented cars on there multiple times and it's great. Cheaper than a rental car and way easier.

There are some pretty badass cars to rent on there. Like old classic Corvettes and stuff

Me and you being rig hands and all....according to the OT. This app makes me wonder what the hourly rate of renting out our wives would be when the bills get tight?

They're all insured through liberty mutual so that's not an issue.
I wouldn't do it for my car because I don't want someone whose never driven stick to annihilate my clutch.
But if I had some econo shitbox I wasn't using regularly then sure I'd let people rent it for 40 bucks a day.
Some of the cars in nola are funny though. Nice cars for sure, but nothing really crazy yet they are requesting like a grand per day to rent lol. Some guy has his base 911 that's like 4 years old and he's has his car on Turo for 950 a day or something like that. Someone has a range rover sport (the cheaper one) that's like 8 years old for 700 or 800 a day.
Why go through the effort of taking pictures of your car and listing it on the app if you're just going to put the price so high that no one would rent it?
