My god, who the hell is TulaneLSU. What kind of person would devote this much time and effort to this kind of schtick. Is it possible that this guy is real and posting in his mom’s basement?

I have known exactly one person in New Orleans who had a basement, and if TulaneLSU is down there then we'd have to be related.
I do have some wackjob wannabe William Faulkner types in my family, though...

TulaneLSU, you sir are a treasure of this cesspool of a website.
Thank you for your services.
I met Arredondo and Angela Hill when I was younger, they were nice people.

The amount of grown men that suck this guy off is beyond bizarre. The guy has spent countless days creating posts about things such as the buildings at Auburn or “skyscrapers” of NO East. It’s quite sad how much of a Narcissist TulaneLSU is and yet you guys all stand in line to kneel and blow.

Good stuff, mate. My dad was an architect and designed Mr. Breck’s house so I met him as well.

Carl Arredondo & (oh mighty) Isis Casanova were (are?) a pair:
I recall Arredondo doing broadcasts whilst he still worked at TWC. His Spanish was extremely clipped.

And your contribution to this website in 5000 posts has been what exactly?

I really hope you didn’t take a lot of time to formulate that post

You either appreciate his posts and the subtle (but sizable) wit he brings with each entry, or you don’t.
He’s a great writing talent IMO.

It’s a message board.... his posts bring no more value to this board than oweO. You act as if he’s creating something that will leave a legacy

Maybe he should actually do something with his “talent”.

Nicondra Norwood has a exceptional ability to perceive and deliver what is practical for the viewer regarding the next day's weather.
"Go ahead and bring the umbrella from the car into work tomorrow morning. Might not look like you are going to need it, but by lunch time you'll be glad you have it."
Understated, but so much more helpful than "50 percent chance of rain".
She also gets big points for being the opposite of Margaret Orr in terms of milking the weathercast for drama.

Was that his house on Butternut? We were neighbors and I would often see him out running.

Well done TulaneLSU. Another stirring read. The signed Bob Breck photo put the post over the top.

It was quite the coup when Nash "retired" from WDSU but then a week or so later showed up on WWL.
Nash didn't work for WWL directly. WWL contracted with his consulting business. Nash's main business was providing custom weather forecast for the offshore oil industry. Every morning a runner for the tv station would walk next door and pick up a stack of cardboard tubes and drive around downtown and drop them off at the various offices.
Later when Nash really retired Dave Barnes was hired by Nash's consulting business and continued in a dual role.
BTW, those maps that Nash used with the grease pencil were very heavy. It sucked carrying them up and down the narrow stairs in those old buildings in the French Quarter.
