I don’t think anyone takes him literally. We all know he’s trolling/joking. It’s the sheer amount of time he spends doing so that is concerning. I mean, he took the time to go to Golden Corral and write his name with sweet potatoes

Oh, no...there are quite a few that think he's being serious about it all.

I figured he was either a huge troll or.. as they say "on the spectrum".

I prefer to read it while imagining he's being 100% sincere and himself. Love these threads.

I enjoyed this post.

New Orleans is a wonderful city and you covered it quite well.

You also reminded me that I'm overdue for a Central Grocery muff.

A splendid list indeed and it increases the palpitations of my heart with the knowledge that I will touch down upon that glorious city this weekend just as TulaneLSU touches down upon the OT each and every day.

Dear Friend,

A lot of those things aren’t in the French Quarter.

Sincerely,

Friend,

Only one of the 16 is outside the Quarters, the Roosevelt, and I have included a disclaimer. Thank you for your keen geographical observation.

As for the gravity or levity of my journeys and words, I will let my dear readers decide. I will only tell them that in morals and ethics my words contain no jest nor grey tint. I am who I write to be. If it makes it t more comfortable or enjoyable for you to imagine me as a character or caricature so be it. But I am no literary figment.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

A figure though, to be sure.

Keep doing what you’re doing here.

I get it, the lad reckons himself a poet. Only a clever wordsmith would dare glorify trash as art, Celica autos as visual titillation, and pray for alcohol free cocktails in Sin City. Any such list that omits the Dungeon has no creditability.

If you ever venture north to Baton Rouge, give Anthony's Deli a try.
