I don't need to wait 4 years to see how bad things get to make a determination if he failed or not.. I've seen the destruction he has done in 10 months.. this country will be a shadow of itself in 4 years. Biden does not have the mental capabilities to be POTUS.. the dementia is undeniable.

Those are absolutely mechanisms part and parcel to the American dream.
But that's not really relevant when talking about someone who has obviously had many, many more successes than failures. This wasn't even in dispute until he became bad orange man.
