Home automation is either Control 4, or Crestron. Either of these systems provides a single point of control for lighting, home security, multi-room audio, home theater etc.

Control 4 is the best integrated solution for residential by far.

You can also use an app for control of each system as others have previously posted. Certainly more cost effective, but not integrated on a single platform, and with less flexibility.

The Blue Sea system works as intended, just follow the wiring diagram provided with the package.

I have two ACR’s on a three battery set up, works great.

The home builders have deeper pockets with lobbyist who influence the politicians and law makers. The New Home Warranty Act is such proof. It's total garbage and protects the builder more so then the home owner. Spec house or custom home, you're screwed if there are any problems or challenges after 12 months.
