True Crime: Missy Bevers Case--Isn't it obvious FIL did it?

The local news has been reporting about the Missy Bevers case again since it's the 5 yr anniversary and still unsolved.
Quick summary: Fitness instructor in Midlothian, TX beat to death with hammer in early morning hours at church she taught Gladiator classes at. Perp caught on security camera dressed in full riot gear and holding hammer. Perp has weird walk.
I watched this video examining gait of perp and victim's father-in-law:

Seems obvious that's the killer to me. Same gait, weird way of walking, similar body composition etc. Police say he has an alibi that puts him in San Diego at the time of killing. Oh her husband also just happened to be out of town in MS as well. Weird that they were both out of town when she was murdered.
I'm wondering if he could have faked his alibi somehow? The 2 videos seen awfully similar?

The FIL is clearly the murderer. He had that same weird movement with his right leg that puts the inside of his foot of front when he walks.

For a while I thought the killer was a female based off gait and mannerisms. Now I see it's possibly the FIL.

Bobby Henry is a great suspect. Apparently ex law enforcement. Warrant served on him. Tons of tactical gear seized from his property. He also shows up at Missy's funeral running security and the local news has video of Henry's gait from walking in the parking lot. He also has a weird limp/gait.
I think his wife alibis him and no dna match but the Henry guy is still a good suspect.
They have to find the Nissan Altman from the sporting goods store down the road. That car is connected to the murder for sure.

Jesus. That footage from inside the church is disturbing. Dressed like that, calmly walking around fiddling with the hammer he knows he's about to beat someone to death with.
I cannot imagine the level of sociopath it takes to just calmly stroll around like that searching for your victim you are about to bludgeon with a hammer. frick that makes my skin crawl for some reason.

It will depend on how strong his alibi is. If they talked to his brother who said "yeah he was outta town baws" this isn't very convincing. If, on the other hand, they have him on video tape in another city, that is more convincing.
If this case is still unsolved I assume the Police thoroughly checked his alibi.

How tall is the FIL ? I read where the FBI believes the suspect is between 5'2 and 5"7. Surveillance video shows an SUV leaving the parking lot around 4:45 am. The murder happened between 4:15-4:30 am.

That gait definitely looks similar for sure. If he has a true, solid alibi for being out of town then I guess you can rule him out. But they literally have the same walk and build. The only question I had was the heights...in the FIL pink shirt video he seems taller than the person in the security video.

Chick had intimate conversations with different guys on LinkedIn. I assume the cops checked every lead, but I've always assumed it was the overweight wife of one of these guys.

FIL would have been arrested years ago if his alibi didn’t check out IMO. Very unlikely that a person traveling to SD paid cash for every single purchase made.

Saw below link on reddit. I think 2nd video shows Bobby (having a filter issue with phone i think). Supposedly news crew was purposely filming him after seeing his gait.

Father-in-law also brought woman's shirt covered in blood to dry cleaners a few days after murder. Dry cleaners immediately called police. DNA testing showed it was canine apparently.
Many people down there think there is a police cover-up due to the TX good old boy network.
Seems like a weird coincidence about the bloody shirt too.
Just crazy this hasn't been solved yet. I would bet money it's someone who knew her. No way a stranger is lying in wait in a church at 4am, in full riot gear, to murder a fitness instructor. Nothing was stolen either.

Pretty sure that if you make him wear the tactical gear and film it they will look identical. Same waddle and arm swings. His hands slightly swing across his body like a chimp. He is fat and can tell it in the tactical gear.
