Trudy White is the same idiot that withdrew the permits for Formosa's $1B plastic plant in St. James Parish. LDEQ had already issued Air and Water Permits. She essentially ruled against the Clean Air Act.

A pending judicial commission complaint will be dismissed (in most cases) if the Judge resigns. A lot of seemingly meritorious complaints against judges get dismissed because the Judge resigns.
