06z HWRF, which did really well last season, has this weak and moving over BR tomorrow morning.



HMON is weaker and more disorganized.

I hope it doesn't rain here (fat chance, I'm in BR), it's Father's Day weekend. I want to take my son out to the park, go to the zoo, light the pit, etc. and this stupid storm might put a halt on that stuff.

Anyone have a link to the map that you can zoom in on specific areas for storm surge prediction? I'm not talking about the one in this link that just shows peak surge for broad areas LINK

Normal everyday supplies, tote tanks that are stored outside without being tied down, sacks of drilling mud components, and hardware. Also workboats loading to head out to drilling rigs and offshore platforms.

I know you are trolling but the boats will be fine even if it is at 5' as peak storm surge will be at low tide. 5' would put water on the slab and make for a fun cleanup of the storage shed but we already moved everything that can't get wet to upstairs

if the track stays even slightly east of BR

BR will see hardly any rain while NOLA/Northshore/MS/AL get slammed with rain
