With so many out and no notice there will be some miserable people trying to sleep with no A/C tonight.

Hopefully Entergy is calling everyone in.

I was in Fed Ex on Bluebonnet. I’d estimate 50 mph gusts easy. Also just drove through Oak Hills and several large trees down with damage to homes.

Looking at the outage map power is expected to be restored tomorrow by 12 pm. With the ongoing heatwave this will surely cause some dangerous situations for some people if not restored on time

Got a whole 1/8" in Port Vincent. Had to drive through Ida 2.0 to get to here. Thinking about planting a saguaro in the front yard. ??

Whoever asked for rain for their grass can go suck a back of dicks. Now my grass is going to grow plus no power, finally get power on and not internet... my phone is barely working... towers must be congested.

it’s amazing how quickly the grass perked up after the rain.

Missed me off Highland and Jefferson.

Looked like it wanted to pour, but not one drop.

I got the same message but powers still off. I just got home frok work.

One thing I will say is most of the time I've gotten power back sooner than what they text me. I think they just give worst case estimates so their phones don't get overwhelmed with people asking when the power is back on

And while I was typing this my power came back on as well

They just updated the map to 10pm restoration for everyone. EMS better be ready for some heat stroke calls tomorrow.

My Dad's shop on Airway behind old Cortana mall (now Amazon) had the doors sucked in and collapsed the hung ceiling.

Neighbor across the street, Viking Dist. Mardi gras float ended up in the middle of Kiowa.

One of the commercial buildings across S. Choctaw ended up on the RR tracks.

Some heavy winds or a microburst hit that area.
