They could literally say, “ We are going to print more money and put it in our bank accounts” and half the populace will still vote for them.
That half would also call you a Fascist for not supporting them doing this.

I'm really looking forward to seeing an African warlord cruising around in a Model 3 with the roof cut off and a 50 mounted to it.

Uh, that's the point.

Textbook case of “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”.

Totally worked with that COVID funding, no fraud at all. Definitely not a huge waste or a way for politicians to get richer.

We will build tons of new infrastructure and nice shineynew plants that will receive no maintenance and slip into disrepair within 5 years because there will not be anyone intelligent enough to work them and keep them going. Ex. Rhodesia and it’s happening in S. Africa right now.
3rd world nations are poor because their populous by and large doesn’t have the IQ to achieve anything other than what they are. That will never change.

Turmoil in Poor Nations
Isn't this always the case regardless of some "savior-complex" do-gooder's campaign?

Without looking it up, guess the avg IQ for people in Somalia and think about how many have been imported into Minnesota.

Don’t forget about domestic non profit organizations that can operate in those countries and use up to 60% of the funds allocated to them for operational expenses.

Managed by the Clinton foundation. Hunter Biden will assist as a consultant.

Some countries don’t need to exist.

Less than 5% of that money will go to actual projects
The rest will be pocketed
The rest will be pocketed

Even Canada fell for it.
Nova Scotia wanted a bridge in Halifax to help develop the other (north) side of Halifax harbor.\
Germany said 'We'll build it and you can pay for it in tolls." " Oh, and by the way you'll be paying us in Deutsch Marks."
Which worked fine until the Mark got stronger and the Canadian dollar weaker. And the tolls got a lot more expensive.
I don't know how that was resolved. I was there to do some things for their offshore institute - north shore and was staying on the south shore and the problem had just started to emerge.

developing economies that rely heavily on foreign capital haven’t grown faster than countries that used domestic capital—and faced more volatility from currency and capital flows.
Bingo
These "investments" into undeveloped countries do nothing but further burden them with debt under developed countries rule.
The IMF and other global financial cabals do more to harm these countries than anything. And they love to cloak it in their virtuous pursuit of whatever is the hot topic of the day (climate change currently).

Appears this is coming from the private sector
Make no mistake it isn't a charitable endeavor as they're making it sound
