Go back and see how the media reacted to both Saban leaving the Dolphins for Bama and Petrino leaving the Falcons for Arkansas. They went scorched earth on those two as well... surprisingly all was forgotten after both started winning. I have a feeling this will end up the same way.

Now, I expect Ole Miss tohold a forever grudge. But that's to be expected and is completely understandable.
On a day where most people reflect on life and are giving thanks for the good and precious things they have been blessed with, the fact you felt the need to post this says more about you than it does about anyone else.

TV said there was no clear camera view to overturn. I call BS.

How do you not have cameras facing both directions in the goal line?

I agree that it’s a stupid fricking rule. But it’s the rule, so call the fricking penalty like you have on us all season.
If they made the opposing party actually do the work of filibustering, it wouldn’t go on for as long as it does. The fact they can just say filibuster then go home (or on a trip) is the problem. I think that if you’re going to vote no on ending debate, then you need to stay and debate.

I'm not a Democrat, but I call a spade a spade. This board would be losing their minds if these massive job losses were happening with a Democrat in office. But since Trump is in office it's no big deal, just trimming a little fat.

I searched your entire 10 post history and see no times where you called a Democrat spade a spade.

If you make a big decision to do a $53M buyout then you have to make a big splash hire. Makes zero sense to do a $53M buyout to prioritize a G5 coach. They need to go after big fish first.

I would argue that needing to “make a big splash” is what got us Kelly.
It is like they wake up and think “what is the most meme like thing I can say today?”
I would be willing to bet that the majority of them are also infatuated with the royal family as well.
My thought is that if we can somehow turn our offense around, then it won’t matter.

Conversely, if we don’t somehow turn our offense around, it’s not going to matter then either.

I can't imagine living a life where I give the slightest frick about a Cracker Barrel rebranding. Lead-poisoned boomer shite is wild

And yet you gave enough of a frick to reply in this thread… Wild Times indeed!

You would have to be the dumbest person of all time to think that this is a good thing

No, you would have to be the dumbest person of all time if you think an unelected bureaucrat should be able to impede the presidents vision just because they disagree with him politically. Every person in the agency should adhere to the constitution first and foremost. If what they are being asked to do is constitutional, then they should do what their boss, the president, tells them to do. If they can’t do that, then the president, who is accountable to the voters, should have every right to replace them with someone that shares his vision.
Am I the only one that thought of Frank Drebin with how delayed the strike call was?

Universally- by everyone; in every case. I’m assuming you mean this is the case just in the US and Canada? How can you possibly know the laws in every country, state, territory, etc. across the entire globe?

Are you new to this site? I might not post often, but I lurk enough to know that SFP knows everything, has no problem letting you know, and has never been wrong about anything. Although, I’m not sure how he makes money as an attorney base on the number of posts he knocks out a day, I have no doubt he is an effective one because he has an knack for always giving himself enough wiggle room in all of his arguments to give himself an out (at least in his own mind)
They have a few Griff’s locations in the DFW area. I never realized they had locations in LA.

I have a hot take here. Send them all home and make them vote remotely using biometrics for authentication. Close down the Washington offices.

I'm close to agreeing with this. Make the lobbyists spend significantly more money flying to 220+ unique congressional districts to pay off their congressmen instead of having them all in one centralized location.

That would really be amazing if it was true...but it isn't. Even their profit number isn't even close to accurate. Amazon had a net profit of 59 billion in 2024 with a net loss of 2.7 billion. It's the first year in their history they had a net loss. The amount of federal/state tax money generated by Amazon is mind boggling.

The same people that post these memes are the same ones that have no problem pointing out that companies pass the cost of tariffs to customers.

Also, most people get insurance through their employment. So, change jobs, you pay full price for your premium and also pay full price medical expenses out of pocket for a year. Change jobs again, another year with no coverage.

I don’t know what insurance you had, but every time I changed jobs and insurances, I received a request proving I had prior insurance in order for them to cover a “preexisting condition”. Once I provided the proof, they covered the condition.
