There is an easy way to fix that and every other speed trap....stop spending money there. If the Indians want to cash in writing tickets, then don't spend another cent in the casino. That shite will stop with quickness...

Thanks. So they've expanded what ought to be a narrow jurisdiction into something more broad? If so, what's the justification for that? Or am I missing something?
