LOL. I don't like the guy, but he's not a plant worker getting in over his head on a ranch house in Baton Rouge. Some of y'all crack me up.

He may be worth $50mm at the most, and that's a high estimate.
I would say that's an extremely high estimate. What is he like 35? I can't imagine he has amassed more than $10mm net worth as an absolute maximum. He is a comedian on comedy central. I would guess $5mm-$7mm... making this a ridiculous purchase.

A quick Google search says he has a net worth of 3mm. Noice.

a few years ago one of the BoSox head cases, dreads, Dominicam I think(I know that doesn't narrow it down much,) bought a penthouse in Boston after signing a new contract, the purchase price was one year of pay under the new contract($14.5 mil,) busted for PEDs, and other legal shite in the first year of that contract, never made it back to the majors, curious to see how that thing unloaded

Good for him.
If only he hadn't killed The Daily Show.

Again, stop thinking like he's some schmo cubicle worker.
If google is correct he has $3mm net worth and $1mm salary currently..
I'm looking at him like I look at the number of pro football players and basketball players on league minimum salaries buying shite they can't afford and later declaring bankruptcy.

His Daily Show contract alone is probably in the $7 million per year range.
It's only 1 million per year actually. The man is no Jon Stewart or John Oliver.

He lives in an apartment, has two first names, and is a liberal who can't ever hold a candle to JS. I'd say he lost

His Daily Show contract is likely more in the 10-12mm range. Stewart was getting $15mm.

Is that a massive butt plug on the table?

Certainly agreed about the last statement. I'm shocked at the salary, but I guess I shouldn't be.

That's a nice spread! Dude is killing it! Good for him.

He's making more than 1mm or no bank would take that loan. The interest alone would be ~30% of his monthly gross salary.

sometimes hard to get financing when you're self-employed, even if you're knocking down decent cake
