I love how people who have absolutely no clue about Noah's personal wealth and finances are already predicting that he'll be in debt and bankrupt by the end of the year. 
This isn't an NFL rookie blowing his first year's salary in a month. He knows what he can and can't afford. And he was already a successful comedian in South Africa before he even joined the Daily Show. In fact he just released a special on Netflix last week.
Say what you want about his politics or jokes, but you can't deny that he's doing well for himself, especially considering that his family was dirt poor during apartheid.
Whole lotta jealousy ITT.

I said interest. Depending on how the mortgage is structured, it could eat up $50k a month easily. I'm not hung up on a percentage, just questioning a bank approving that loan. And they wouldn't.
