The doctors would have just gotten in the way. Women have been doing this since the beginning of time. No need to complicate it with a bunch of insurance and doctors. Congrats man. I'm happy for you and your family.

I considered it. Baby was breathing and behaving well. Mama was in good shape, probably from the adrenaline rush. Figured it wasn’t worth the commotion.
