Give him treats and scratch his belly. Then cut his balls off with aforementioned survival knife.

Get a regular kitchen sponge- without the scrubbing pad. Cut it in a 1”x1”x2” piece and soak in bacon grease. Toss it to the dog.

Pepper spray will drop a pit bull.

My trashy neighbors let theirs out and it approached me in my garage, I got it good on the face and it dropped pretty quick and then ran off.

Are you sure they don't have an e-fence?

There’s a stronger pepper spray for dogs called “Halt” that mailmen sometimes carry.

That's a quality dog person getting a new dog, no matter what the breed, and just leaving it unrestrained outside. You want strong pepper gel, not pepper spray, it won't get blown back into your face.
