Face ain't trashy, but it does mean the person is totally fricked in the brain.

Face / neck like mentioned already. I keep mine within the T-shirt confines. You'd never know I had em till I take it off. As a guy I wouldnt have on on my thigh, thats kinda weird to me but to each their own.
I dont have a problem with tats on a woman, as long as its not on the boobs,arse or around the va jay jay area.

In college we had to attend a lecture on gang tattoos to get a really nice dinner provided for us. The lecturer showed multiple pictures of Russian monsters who had tattooed their dicks in prison . I’m going to say that’s the trashiest.

The guy I go to said he turns away guys wanting ink on their units. He knows a girl across town who he refers them to. He said a guy came in asking and he told him "Dude, I'm not holding your dick."
