You're asking a question I often wonder. I know it's real that sex is less frequent after marriage. What do men do? Beat or cheat?

you boys really really need to get her in with a good doctor. get her on hormones, growth hormone and find a doctor willing to prescribe pt-141 to her. she will want to have sex if she takes that, trust me....better just make sure you have some vaigra sitting around to keep up.

Nope, never. Always calm and collected they never turn into grump old men.

told its mine and the kids fault she has no joy in life.

Today i was at fault because I couldn't leave work and go get her phone that she forgot at home, because I had to be at work early for a meeting today and couldn't get it to her until after lunch.

Then I didn't respond to the 10 emails she sent me asking me to please go get it, because I was in said meeting, so I became a real POS for not responding to emails.

God this sounds like an awful way to live.

Oh I've done that many times, nicely, in fact. I've even offered to attend the doctors visit with her if she needed support.

Until you fight this battle, don't judge bro. You'll be venting too.

I don't know if this is Menopause. This just sounds like she's an awful person.

Imvvho, this doesn't sound like just menopause. It sounds, in my experienced but unmedically trained opinion, like something else big is going on here, maybe some major type of depressive disorder. Maybe a perfect storm combo of the two, but that's for a doctor to get to the bottom of.

I'm in the midst of "the change" myself, seen my mom, aunts, and friends go through it, and this doesn't sound right to me. Just my random $.02. Praying for you and your family to get through this difficult time.

This guy gets it.

Some of y’all married some batshit women when they were hot and batshit was ok because it meant they were great in bed.

Then you wonder why it got worse.

Yes.

Or sink into deep depressions that lead their wives to do the cheating instead.

Not that it matters who does the cheating, the man will lose his arse in the divorce regardless

Either some kind of mental disorder or it sounds suspicious. Get OnStar for her car and watch where she goes. Maybe she's cheating on you and being a total fricked up bitch to try and drive you away so she can live her life but doesn't want to be the 'bad guy' by ending it herself. Only suggesting it because I've seen more than one woman do this firsthand.

Honestly, I think there may be more in play here than menopause.

Sounds good on paper. But living with a menopausal woman isn't a lot different from a normal one prior to that about once a month. So no. If we've gone that far, I'm just ignoring all her batshittery. I'm a professional at this point.

Regarding biodentical hormones:

American Cancer Society

Just make sure she stays current on her mammograms. If you think menopause is intolerable, try living with a woman taking long term medicine to treat estrogen-receptive breast cancer. I did pretty well with menopause, but I struggled with the cancer meds. A friend described the side effects as “super menopause” and that’s very accurate.

OP, no doubt you love this woman. She is the mother of your children. She really isn't herself. I humbly urge you to consider the statements of everyone who states, that in their experience, this isn't normal menopause.
