I bought a few elephant ears from home depot for backup.

Where? Full shelves everywhere I've been today. Costco had pallets yesterday.

Still very sparse here only stores that have any are selling or roll by roll with limits per person and it’s not the good stuff.

Our local Sams (Denham for BR folks) was fully stocked yesterday. Lots of stores are limiting amount per person so it should be easier to find.

there is no TP within 40 minutes of me. 40+ grocery stores and not a roll
the old fricks, since they get to shop an hour earlier are buying it all.
Local stores had to get security, because the elderly and the hipster d-bags were trying to buy 10 cases, not the 2 store claimed you could by and were physically and verbally berating employees. Now security handles it, watched some nerd security guard tell an old man he could only have 2 dealios of tp, and he took rest off his cart.

Damn, really? HEB hired ex military guys. Looks like they're about to start the movie Predator.

I figured this would happen and it would only cause further backlash. The stores will have to change policy soon to eliminate this.

I will sell you some for $50/roll.

Supply chain still catches up from having warehouses run dry.
Somewhere TP executives are still calculating the impact of the massive shift in demand from 120-grit sandpaper “institutional use” TP that’s in all schools and offices to standard 2-ply household variety.
Also still a fecal adjustment period in American households where some people are mixed between panic induced constipation and hangover induced diarrhea.
The whole market is just an absolute shiite show.

H2 TP sales are going to be round the bowl and down the hole.
