BATON ROUGE, BAKER, DENHAM SPRINGS, PLAQUEMINE, PORT ALLEN, OAK HILLS
PLACE, ST. GABRIEL, WALKER, ADDIS, BRUSLY, WESTMINSTER, MERRYDALE,
INNISWOLD, WATSON, VILLAGE ST. GEORGE, SHENANDOAH, GARDERE,

Question for anyone with knowledge of Velocity radar interpretation....
I have radar omega. When looking at a suspecting Tornado on velocity radar it shows wind speed in M/S.
Example: -17m/s towards radar and 27m/s away from radar. I know you multiply the values by 2.23 to get mph.
Do add the two wind speeds to come up with estimated Tornado winds in that general area??
So 38mph + 60mph = 98mph winds??
Do you add forward motion of the storm to that as well? 45mph forward speed + 98 = 143mph ?? Thanks for any info !

No doubt there are a few poor bastards who received damage this morning, called in the claim, then received more damage with this latest round of hail and will have two separate deductibles
