If you live in a mobile or manufactured home, now is the time to make sure you have a safe place to evacuate to tomorrow before storms hit and warnings are issued. This was a single wide hit by a tornado in De Soto Parish on Easter Sunday. #ARwx #LAwx #OKwx #TXwx

Thankfully for is in Texas, this won't be an overnight storm. Not supposed to begin rolling through the metroplex until the sun rises.

Damnit. I knew it was coming before the last one on Sunday, but I got 3.8" of rain. I don't need anymore. They're saying 2 to 3 possible in NELA.

Seems like this could be the last event for a while. Seems a pattern change will be coming after this. High Pressure in the west and low pressure in the east keeping things in check for us.

NWS Jackson MS @NWSJacksonMS
Heavy rain falling on very moist ground could lead to flash flooding Wednesday night through early Thursday morning, especially in the area extending from northeast Louisiana into central Mississippi where a Flash Flood Watch is in effect.

a lot of it is National Weather Service graphics... either from the local weather offices or the NWS Storm Prediction Center

I’m sorry I don’t come into these weather threads with doom and gloom like many others. I call it like I see it. If that bothers you, you’re free to ignore it.

Multiple F5’s in a small area are a distinct possibility. At least we can forget about da ‘Rona for a day. Bigger fish to fry

Wouldn't be a weather thread without you stinking the place up with your, often wrong, analysis.

I know you want to be one of the "weather people" on here really bad, but you aren't. We all know it, so you can stop trying.

sadly south Mississippi has gotten the ability to forget about the 'rona for 2 straight Sundays thanks to back-to-back weekends with EF-4s

I really do not know what you are talking about there. If you get that impression from me then you take me WAY more seriously than you should. I troll with 90% of my posts. If you haven’t figured that out yet then I don’t know what to say.

Rule #1 from the troll rulebook:

- Thou shall not announce you are trolling.

You might be worse at trolling than you are at predicting the weather.
