Yes my parents said it hit about 3:45. They’ve got pretty significant roof damage with a couple trees on their house

Woman killed in Woodworth last night. Tornado came through and tore up several houses

Apparently the middle of Zachary is a mess (19 and 64). The Exxon station right there has significant damage.

It finally quieted down here in Amite County. I was up from midnight on when the warning came through.

oh... the tornado that went through CenLA last night and damaged a LSU AgCenter building on LSUA's campus...
it missed the LSUA residential dorms by only like 400-500 yards... and there are apparently some students still living in them right now

we have 6 total confirmed fatalities from yesterday's storms so far... including the 67 year old woman in Rapides Parish (Lacompte/Woodsworth)

They have one in marksville too. Just small regional airports for the crop dusters, small private planes etc

the long track tornado was well south of Pineville... don't know what could've pushed through to push this over

That tornado in South Georgia may have clipped some relatively populated areas (compared to Mississippi, for example). Hopefully it's not been on the ground this whole stretch.
