I used to average 65-67. I went on some new medicine earlier this year and now I'm like 71-74. Doc says don't worry about, but frick if I know.

True resting HR is 41-42. The high 40s during the day at rest jacked on caffeine.

Minimum of 13 hours of cardio a week.

Typically in the 48-52 range. Cardio id currently at 3 days a week. Will drop to an average range of 38-42 when I go through a 6 day a week cardio routine.

When the doc had me om 6.25 mg Carvedilol twice a day mine dropped to the high 40's to the low 50's. He dropped it to 3.125 mg and it runs close to 70 now. When he changed it he told me, "I don't want to stop your heart man". I agreed
