Not knocking New Orleans weather in general, just today’s weather. I had a shite ton to do outside and have been busy busy busy for the past three weeks. And today it decides to rain most of the day. I woke up at 430 ready to go, nope.

I actually prefer this heat, humidity and the clear blue sunny skies over bone chilling cold and rainy weather and gloomy, depressing skies nearly every day.

Drove down rampart to Poydras and over to magazine during that storm. What a joke. The corners flooded fast and deep. The drains were flowing backwards into the streets. Business were taking water in through their front doors and we saw a few cars that probably had water in them.
What a joke of a city. Totally unacceptable.
