Our spring and fall weather is the trade for the summer heat.

I’ve grown to hate the summers here as well. I hope I can have a second home or at least ample money to rent in the mountains during summers one day

I can guarantee you Meaux Bettah shares your sentiments.

I love it. Rainy uptown days in Audubon Park are a nice break from the oppressive heat.

At least there is a breeze most of the time.
If u want to complain, you can leave, btw.

Tennessee for most of the summer. Even there, still in the south...

I was going to do an activity outside this afternoon and the skies opened up.
So do it. It’s still the afternoon and it’s not raining anymore.

My daughter is. She found a new job up north and is moving. You considering moving?

I spent a couple of weeks in Colorado earlier this month and I'm going to spend a couple more in Wisconsin starting next week. In early September I'm going to Iceland so I do something which is to vacation to get away from this hot stuff. When I find the right place I'll either spend a couple of months renting or will purchase a place in a better climate. And yes, after a wonderful productive career (not really) I'm retired and get out of here. Yes, Houston summer weather sucks bad.
