I'm sorry you're too stupid to understand that's a less advantageous strategy.
Keep telling yourself that, boy. You’ll learn how stupid you are when you get older... if you’re lucky.

I pay cash for everything. My credit score is excellent. The less I use a credit card, the less chance of it being breached. My husband has had two breached and it is a pain in the arse. I am educated and not trashy.
Besides, it is really none of your business how people choose to pay for their shite. As long as they pay it, it's all good.

It's math, it can't be argued. One produces a larger number than the other.

This makes no sense, you cancel and get another one. That's it. Takes 5 minutes.

Cash discounts and do not rely upon the credit card companies to fulfil/fund their lifestyles. What a bunch of idiots, right?
Is the Money Board broken? Geez it seems like we need to repair it more often than a dang ice cream machine at McDonalds.

Trashy?
Poor?
Uneducated?
Or just OT ballers and no need for quality credit?
It's kind of funny to see people perplexed at the concept of not using credit to function.
The smartest people are able to spend within their means.

This is one of those times where you just act like you’re a genius just cause you’re old.

That's the whole premise of FPU. If you plan ahead and only buy when you have the money, your credit score is a moot point.
We use a CC occasionally but pay it of every month. I used it recently to buy my wifes christmas present so she wouldn't see it on Mint.

Why are we acting like all credit card users are credit abusers?

What happens when you lose a wallet full of cash vs. losing a credit card?

It has nothing to do with a credit score and everything to do with deferring payment until the invoice is due and reward points.
If used responsibly, a credit card is better than cash/debit in every conceivable way.

Because darth is being darth.

of $350 is roughly 0.014%. Can't wait to save roughly 0.014% of my lifetime purchases via my credit cards and the time value of money

You'd also get the rewards on the card and probably have more free cash flow.
Which I currently do. That and the added layer of security between a damn gas pump and my bank account is why I have a credit card.
But definitely not time fricking value of money
How's your winter break going?
