Shooter must have not had a criminal history if they're having to do more "biometrics" to verify his identity.

Yes. There were witnesses on the roof over that watched the shooter army crawl into position with a rifle in hand with ease and they were waving their arms to police.

Seems like the SS sniper spots something just a second before the first shots. I’m guessing it was when the guy got into a position to get a shot and became visible. Seems like the window between him getting in position and taking the shots was only a couple seconds. All these people talking about how he could possibly miss, assume he was just camped out.
