Their production development office didn’t do their research very well at all.

We spend that on one of the compressor skids for our plants.

Ever try shoving an 8 ball up a catfish’s arse?

Just a little biz model I’ve been toying with lately. Might be able to get this off the ground if you’d be interested.

just can't see the logic of them cooking a fine lime powder in HUGE structures: gas to burn.maybe, I just hear a huge sucking sound as anything build out there settles into the peat and wet clay with a few silt lenses, and the giant rotating kilns roll off and towards I-10

See my above post. New Orleans is a corrupt shithole and a major port. They have operations in Mexico, Colombia, etc.

It’s perfect for a drug front. Easy access to navigable water. Easy to pay off the right people

A $35 million manufacturing plant is basically a shed.

No. You don't import large amounts of materials for concrete most places, especially Louisiana. If anything it's for body disposal. Got an order for a pit bottom at 3am Thursday? Go do a little prep work Wednesday after everyone leaves.

It would be so easy to run drugs on boats through Delacroix and Hopedale… you’d have cover for the trucks by claiming it’s a seafood company

You do realize that larger and heavier structures are all over that area. Most since 1966

I was looking at buying that land a few years ago to put a chemical plant there. This is not a regular cement plant but making refractory type aluminate cement. The location had a plant on it that was shutdown due no need for it any longer several years before Katrina I had a very large cascading refrigerant reciprocating compressor about 4,000 horsepower with a large concrete blast wall on one side. It was state of the art for the 1960's.

The labor force will likely come from Mississippi or Northshore commuting daily.

It can if you live by the plant.

The rant would never do any research when it comes to Nola, just trash it and make fun of black ppl. Upvote/agreement galore comes afterwards.
