I live in the northwest GA foothills.

1. Land (we have 20+ acres)
2. It ain't Atlanta, but it's close enough that we get the benefits without the headaches (traffic, HOAs, emissions requirements, etc)
3. Very good school system (my son's elementary school is a GA School of Excellence and a National Blue Ribbon School).

I typed up some snarky additional rules for the wealthy OT, as anyone here should be able to provide reasons for each of their homes. However, it got lengthy and the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.

Kids have good friends here.

I want to get the frick out of BR as I feel we are circling the drain right now. The wife and I are a 100% go for getting the frick out and moving to acreage in Northern R-Kansas where I can hunt out of my back door. The kids will have to make new friends.
