re: Former corrections officer accused of killing wife, forcing kids to help

IDK, man...
There's probably a reason why he went to such measures. I mean, he may not be suitable for a trial. You can't convince me he wasn't provoked. I'd have to see video evidence of this to start to consider that the guy is guilty. I mean, his commitment to his wife and family shouldn't be under question. Was he taking any type of medication at the time? If so, could be a side effect. If not, then he was probably denied the support he needed. He was clearly suffering.

Yeah, one bullet should probably do.

I had the same thought the other day... How many more movies would I have introduced my kids to if it weren't for the foul language/degenerate stuff that I simply refuse to expose them to and normalize...

I was scooping chicken feed from the bin and one of em sneak attacked me and jumped on my shoulder, lacking the patience for me to just pour it in their trough. I was startled so bad that I slipped out a GD.
I felt awful about it.
I used the f word playing video games the other day. My daughter came in to the office where I was playing and said, "Dad, I heard you say the F word from my room, and both of our doors are closed! Bruh, SERIOUSLY?!?"
I apologized and told her to turn on my box fan.

WARDOGS at the moment....
But a new season/wipe of Dark and Darker is being released today, going back to it's roots of a hardcore dungeon crawler/extraction game with intense PVP. In the past year, the founder of the game stepped away for another project, and he has now returned and wants his game back the way he originally intended it - brutal, high-risk, high-reward type experience.
It's a Dungeons and Dragons style game with really fun PVP action, and epic highs/lows from adventures with friends. I have a few e-buds that play it as well, and it's always better with friends, IMO.

I drove my in-laws Honda Ridgeline a couple weeks ago.
It was awful. Don't buy one.
That's all I got. You're welcome.

Yeah, my memory sucks...
It was Deangelo Peterson, though, as I now remember, and the Game of the Century was at Bama... so maybe it was the year before or the year after.
That play was such an anomoly from the Miles era that it is burned into my memory. But the details about which year fade... We didn't score, but I am pretty sure that sealed the game, or close to it.

$1000 for 20 seconds?
That's... what? $50 per second.
That's steep

I actually love the idea, but I'm sure you'll find people bored enough to trash it. It would force the defense to have to consider so many potential threats. Both can run, both can pass, option pitch from one to the other is another tough wrinkle to defend.
And it's focused on such a critical scenario of the game - short yardage.
I really enjoyed the breakdown posted of the play where they threw to the seam route on that short yardage play and it went for 50+ yards.
We all got to live through the Miles mentality of "tell em what you're going to do and then just be great enough to impose your will upon them". Man, that was frustrating.
But then we saw glimpses of what it was like when a coach draws up a play that completely fools the defense, and I'm talking about the Game of the Century against Bama in the regular season in 2011 when we did the reverse to... damn it I'm getting old... the tight end that was badass on a 4th and short and it shocked us too. We outsmarted them. Whodathunkit?!
Anyways, I like what you're suggesting, but it feels very "video-gamey". Novel idea though.

C'mon man... I'm going to need some evidence of this. Like, where is LSU's Harvey Updyke?
OP asked which fan base is the most passionate. I would describe "passionate" as led by their emotions. That describes LSU fans to me, bc we lose half of the total "fanbase" when we suffer our first loss each year. That's why Brian Kelly was doomed. He kept losing the home opener each year.
And he was a dickwad yankee that didn't fit in at all.
