If they rated it on mental frustration and despair, Baton Rouge would be first.

Surprised traffic can move fast enough in Baton Rouge.

not sure this list is valid if it doesn’t mention I-45 in Houston.

A good friend of mine ran over a guy and his wife on a motorcycle, this was on I-45. The wife made it, he didn’t.

besides being number one for murders, Memphis is number one for fatal car crashes and pedestrians getting killed by motorists - dominated the death stats - as a Memphis suburb liver, i don't venture in the killing fields unless necessary

5. Albuquerque, NM - 0.52

Two friends of mine were nearly killed right outside of Albuquerque July 17th. They are a a husband/wife team for a major US trucking company.

She was driving and he was in the sleeper. A motorhome blew a tire, crossed the median, and hit them head on.

Motorhome driver was killed instantly. My buddy suffered a very serious leg injury. His wife was critically injured, and life-flighted to a trauma center.

About a week ago they were flown home, and she is now in a local rehabilitation hospital. She will be okay, but has a long road of recovery ahead of her.

Hell nah this is fake. Houston I-45 gotta be on the list.

There’s always an ice chest, lazy boy, entire tire, bumper or any other various hazard in the roadway. On top of that everyone drives like complete psychopaths. Hate that freaking place. Barf

I know you’re saying this TIC and while that’s true the closer you get to ATL, if you’re driving from outside ATL, say Newnan, it’s not unusual to get passed by drivers doing >100mph. If you’re doing the posted speed limit you’re a danger to everyone else.

The problem in Baton Rouge is that no one can do the speed limit. You either have white trucks and ricers doing 90, or grandma and lady on her phone doing 50.

The College Drive west bound exit has at least gotten safer. It actually looks like a modern interstate.
