Gary Chouest is certainly a billionaire and possibly Boysie Bollinger.

Which Reily? That's a fifth or sixth generation company at this point. Lots of slices in that pie.

They are always being hounded by investment bankers to go public. Initial IPO estimates were about 6.5 billion back then.
But how much of the company does he own?

I would have bet the net worth difference between those two fellas would gave been much larger.
One is a franchisor the other owns almost all his locations.

Did Mrs. Boelte move back to LA or still in Natchez? She is a closet candidate.

Also Dan Herd and Pepper Rutland... although I imagine both are right around the $1B mark

She’s a “widow” and she has a name.
There’s DEFINITELY a new sheriff in town there though.

No Goldring?
They don't ever publicly state the financials of his businesses. Same with Reily and Company. Goldrings and Reilys are both multi billionaires.
Matt Stuller's net worth is between $2 billion and $7 billion as of 2024, depending on the source.

Mama's Fried Chicken in Opelousas. GOAT chicken tenders, and the sauce is better

Chick fil A royalty is 15% + 50% of profits.
Would think with this steep franchise value without capital outlay for land, bldg, assets etc, that CFA franchise site is more profitable than RC company-owned site.

Real chicken fingers are found at the Gutherie’s in downtown Auburn. It offers pretty awesome late night people watching, too.

I tried Raising Canes for the first time not too long ago. I don’t know if I went on a bad night or what but it wasn’t good at all. Like a tier or two below Zaxby’s.
