So she didnt take the job.... and thats a big deal why? You never know she probably has better prospects on the horizon. Kids these days are actually well off. They arent desperate to immediately take the first job that comes their way. I get job offers WEEKLY. I'll do a few interviews here and there but I never feel like Im required to join a company just because I interviewed with them.

If I were a chick, I would start a "So I went on a second interview with this law firm and realized they were not the company I thought they were on the first interview" then I would make up some shite about how things seemed to be shady, etc.

Because that same kind of thinking fricked my life over. Had a great offer to a top-tier doctoral program and turned it down for similar reasons. Even after talking to my dad!
I at least had kids to think about when making my decision though, so it wasn't all just flippant feelings.
