Three hour tours at sea never seem to work out.

Well..

The water started getting rough,
The tiny subversive was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless news
The titan would be lost..the titan would be lost.

frick it. I’ll stroke my ego I posted the seismograph off of Newfoundland 3 days ago showing the implosion.

There's a little life lesson for you, big head, remember the music is much more glorious if others sing your praises... Even if we are a bunch of neanderthals.

Probably been mentioned before but why wouldn’t this craft have some sort of locator beacon that would ping, kinda like aircraft black boxes?

Debris field found. Suggests catastrophic end.

quote:

A remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) searching for the Titan submersible has discovered a “debris field,” the U.S. Coastguard has said, raising the prospect that rescuers may now be searching in vain. “A debris field was discovered within the search area,” says the U.S. Coast Guard’s first district command, the body coordinating the rescue mission for the civilian Titan submersible, which went missing on Sunday while diving to the wreck of the RMS Titanic.

They were actually smart and could fight..

I'd have hated to be floresiensis I think the most. Extremely vulnerable in the world.

an implosion...

do you think they had one or two seconds of "oh shite"? After that, I imagine it went near instantaneously.

RIP to those people.

They were interviewing a guy on Sky News. His whatsapp group, of people in the know (president of the explores club), said they found the landing frame and rear cover.

If the earlier statement about ballast is true, they absolutely knew they were in trouble. Did the know or feel the moment of implosion? No.

At that depth, their brains would have been liquified before it would ever have a chance to register the "o" in "Oh shite."
