I would think that an astute investor would know this. A competent realtor certainly would. You're not thinking about buying this place without knowing what your condo fees are going to be, are you?

I was telling someone recently that the most underrated thing about buying a new house is the new neighbors. I've been very fortunate with our neighbors but have heard horror stories from close friends. Some are planning to move because of the neighbors.

If I were to ever move, I will likely research social media and anything else I can to learn more about the neighbors. It may not tell me everything but would be much better than going into a situation completely blind.
