Tips on how to handle obnoxious, entitled prospective neighbor?

I am looking at buying a condo near the Silver Slipper. Lovely little building i'd only use a few times a year, and then Air BnB out the rest.

Anyway, the guy who would be my neighbor came outside while my realtor and i were taking the lay of the land. He was very rude, and asked us "What the hell are (we) doing on 'his' property?"

My agent tried to very calmly explain what was happening and that i was a potential buyer, but the more she spoke, the meaner he got, and when I finally had had enough of his distasteful behavior and stepped in front of him, he threatened me with a garden weasel and told me to get lost.


Rather than contact the authorities, cooler heads prevailed, and my realtor and I went for drinks and zoomed in on the property on Google earth.

Long story short: I think this guy is a real jerk.

I really like this spot, as it is a stones throw from the casino, and one of my silent partners lives just down the road. Is there any way i can flex my muscles and get this bozo evicted? Rumor is he's a renter, but no one knows much about the landlord.

This is a very fluid situation. I suppose I could always build. TIA for your advice.
