Way too fast

Time is relative. It doesn’t change, you do.

Oh, you just don't know. It's been a long journey with divorce and CS payments. 2 more kids to go and I can finally tell my ex what I really think of her.

looking at some ole pics not long ago really got to me.
to see how fast kids grew up and remembering all the people in my life that are no longer here.
i advise anyone that will listen to make experiences with family because it wont be long till your kids are too cool to be around you.
wish at Christmas instead of buying all these really nice presents that get forgotten before long i had spent that money on vacations and trips with family.

It’s because CERN turned on the particle accelerator and fricked up this dimension with a mini-black hole.

the older you get the more it speeds up

Oh gawd, another mid-life crisis about to explode thread.

It does relative to your age. To wait a year for the next Christmas is an endless ordeal for a six year old grandson. For his Seventy-three year old Poppa, it’s the blink of an eye. A year is 1/6 of his life and 1/73 of mine. He’s on the outer rim of the whirlpool; I’m being pulled under in the center. I’m living life really fast now.
It’s science.
It’s science.

Chris Rock said time goes by slow as hell if you are 1) in jail or 2) in a horrible marriage.

New experiences. It's actually a thing. It's why children have a different perception of time. Their timeline is much shorter, with constant, new situations.

Put my oldest on the bus to kindergarten 15 years ago. Just realized today that my younger kids (twins) will ride their last bus this month (due to getting their license this summer and driving their senior year).
It seems like 2 weeks ago they were all lined up at the bus stop. Passing time is brutal in its pace.

15 years ago me and my friend were living in an apartment and burning down the bar scene in the city every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Today we're both married and my youngest son threw 3+ no hit innings this morning and his youngest son caught every pitch behind the plate. Both our boys have older siblings born two weeks apart that will be 8th graders next year. Trying to not stress as much and cherish every minute of the these next 7 years but I can already tell they'll pass in the blink of an eye. Have to remember that God is good and he's blessed us all in too many ways to ever count.

It seems like I was dropping off my youngest in the 3rd grade yesterday and she'll be off to college in August.
