Is it surprising that a company that exists to suck the marrow from society's weakest, appealing to the worst in human nature, would be so callous and greedy and heartless?

Casinos and the people who run them are evil. They should never be allowed to reopen. They are a scourge on society. Let this be a lesson to any virtuous people that might have, by necessity, worked for them. Don't return to them when they inevitably reopen.

People will endure a lot of things for money, including giant pricks screwing them.

He isn't. He and his son (who oversees the LC casino more than Tilman does) have been known to randomly fire people for the simplest of things. One guy was allegedly fired for addressing Tilam wrong once. They run a tight ship which is probably why they have saved GN where the last owners failed.

Why would he not?

I agree it’s a horrible look but his business are actively being shut down by the government.

From seeing backdoor meetings and hearing the ins and outs of how things work, the casino business makes you a sociopath.

Exit 4, Nelson road.

Have I ever told you the time we chased our missing cat around Barbe but it actually wasn't our cat?
