The poor guy has his yacht for sale and he only owns 2 Gulfstream G550s
He's barely feeding his family.

I have heard that rumor but every contractor locally I know that worked on GN didn't have issues.
I know someone who is still out close to $1 million on one of his jobs. Here is article about still owing payments on the GN too. LINK. I know he also did the same thing for his new Post Oak hotel in Houston but he may have picked a GC in town who is big enough to fight him court over that one.

Yeah at first I was kind of like, well that is shitty but I get it...the no PTO thing? That's a pretty huge scumbag move.
kind of reeks of a guy that is butt hurt the state is shutting him down so its his attempt to toss the onus back on the state.

My first thought. I can't imagine that's legal.

I would guess there's some type of out when placing people on furlough, since in theory they'll be able to use it at some point. He isn't completely denying them of it.

This is pathetic. Of all the damn money his casinos pull in, he can't find it in himself to help out his employees in their time of need?
If this is indeed true, I hope all his casinos go bankrupt and all of his employees find another employer that will value their worth.

Isn't this the same guy that just wrote a book called...
I almost bought the book. I glad I didn't to give the POS any more money.
I guess I learned the secret. Screw your employees out of their money they earned from you.
I am glad my last trip to the Golden Nugget in Biloxi, I cleaned up.

Is it surprising that a company that exists to suck the marrow from society's weakest, appealing to the worst in human nature, would be so callous and greedy and heartless?
Casinos and the people who run them are evil. They should never be allowed to reopen. They are a scourge on society. Let this be a lesson to any virtuous people that might have, by necessity, worked for them. Don't return to them when they inevitably reopen.
I regret that I have but one upvote to give.

He's destroying the very people who make his casino run day-today. I expected more from this guy. What an a-hole move and clearly reads frick YOU to his staff.
