Yeah pretty obvious he was doped up on pills and crashed. He looked doped up on TV a couple of days ago.

Neighbors said it’s a steep hill notorious for car wrecks.
Haven’t heard “two broken legs” heard “multiple leg injuries” for which he is in surgery now. Not uncommon to have a leg broken in multiple places during a bad wreck.
